order placed through Purchase or Make an
Offer, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order
confirmation. After this 24-hour window, the sale
is considered final.

The 24-hour cancellation policy applies only
to orders placed through Arttoo’s secure
checkout via Purchase or Make an
Offer.

begins once the gallery confirms the order
and payment is received by
Arttoo. After 24 hours, all sales made
through secure checkout are final
and cannot be canceled.

Auction purchases
are not eligible. All bids are
binding and auction sales are
final.

Off-platform payments
(wire transfer, PayPal, check,
direct gallery payment, etc.) are
not eligible for Arttoo-managed
cancellations.

contact the gallery directly to
request a return.

Arttoo cannot facilitate
returns for purchases made
outside of secure
checkout.
