Your browser’s cache stores temporary files (such as images and website data) to help pages load faster. Over time, this stored data can become outdated and cause issues such as:

  • Pages not loading correctly
  • Seeing outdated content
  • Errors during login or checkout

Clearing your cache removes this stored data and can help resolve these issues.



When to Clear Your Cache

Arttoo may ask you to clear your cache as an essential troubleshooting step, especially for:

  • Login issues
  • Checkout errors
  • Pages not displaying correctly


How to Clear Your Cache

Google Chrome

  • Click the three-dot menu (top right)
  • Select Settings → Privacy and Security
  • Click Clear browsing data
  • Select:
    • Cached images and files
    • Cookies and other site data (optional, but recommended)
  • Set Time range to All time
  • Click Clear data

Restart Chrome after clearing.



Firefox

  • Click the menu icon (top right)
  • Select Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Scroll to Cookies and Site Data
  • Click Clear Data
  • Select cached content and confirm

Restart Firefox after clearing.



Safari

  • Click Safari (top left menu) → Settings/Preferences
  • Go to the Privacy tab
  • Click Manage Website Data
  • Click Remove All
  • Confirm and close

Restart Safari after clearing.



Microsoft Edge

  • Click the three-dot menu (top right)
  • Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services
  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
  • Select:
    • Cached images and files
    • Cookies and site data (optional)
  • Set time range to All time
  • Click Clear now

Restart Edge after clearing.



Internet Explorer (Not Recommended)

Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported and may cause issues.

If needed:

  • Click the gear icon
  • Select Safety → Delete browsing history
  • Select temporary files and cookies
  • Click Delete

Restart the browser after clearing.
