How do I manage notifications from the Arttoo app?

Allowing notifications from the Arttoo app can help you to be notified about bidding activity, auction openings/closes, new artworks and auctions you might like, and to keep track of your inquiries.

To turn on or off notifications from the Arttoo app, do the following:

On an iPhone or other iOS device

1. Open the Settings app
2. Select the Arttoo app
3. Click on Notifications
4. Toggle on/off Allow Notifications
5. Toggle on/off Alerts, Sounds, and/or Badges

On an Android device

1. Open Settings
2. Search for the Arttoo app
3. Select Notifications
4. Toggle on/off All Arttoo notifications

Then, make sure your notifications are turned on/off in the Arttoo app:

1. Open the Arttoo app
2. Click on the collector profile button on the lower right corner
3. Select Push Notifications under Account Settings
4. Toggle on/off the specific notifications
