How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on your location, the artwork’s size, and factors such as fragility and packing requirements. Please note that shipping quotes do not include customs fees.

Shipping will appear on the artwork page or at checkout. If shipping is not available for your country, contact orders@arttoo.co for a custom quote.
Auctions
Auction houses can often provide a shipping quote, but in some cases, you may be responsible for arranging shipment independently. Email specialist@arttoo.co with your address and the lot number for more information.

Can I pick up my work from the seller?

If local pickup is available, you’ll see an “Arrange for pickup” option at checkout. After your order is confirmed, Arttoo will connect you with the gallery via email to coordinate pickup.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
If you need your artwork by a specific date, please let us know so we can advise on the best option.

- Works shipped via common couriers (standard, express, rush) typically leave the seller within 7 days of order confirmation.
- Transit time varies by location and service level.
- White glove shipments take longer, typically 2–8 weeks, due to the specialized services provided.
