Create a Strong Password

Use at least 8 characters, including:
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One number
- Avoid reusing passwords across multiple accounts
- Use a password manager (such as 1Password or LastPass) to generate and store secure passwords
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you’ll be required to enter a verification code each time you log in.
Codes can be received via:
- Authenticator Apps (such as Google Authenticator or 1Password) - recommended
- SMS (text message)
Protect Sensitive Information
Sensitive information includes any data that could lead to unauthorized access or financial loss.
- Do not share sensitive information via email or Arttoo Conversations
- Never share passwords or verification codes
Verify URLs Before Logging In
When logging into Arttoo:
- Ensure the URL includes arttoo.co
- Avoid clicking on suspicious or unfamiliar links
- Hover over links in emails to confirm their destination
Be cautious of phishing attempts that imitate trusted websites.
