If inquiries are not showing up in your
email inbox, use this guide to
troubleshoot.
Check Your Spam FolderYour email provider likely has a spam
folder. While spam folders are very helpful,
sometimes inquiries can end up here on
accident. We recommend checking all spam
folders to make sure.
Check Your Spam Filter SettingsEvery email provider has a way to edit
your spam filter settings. This can help
assure that in the future, inquiries end up
in the proper folders. Each email provider
is different so we do recommend reaching out
to your email provider directly for more
information on this.
Add Arttoo to Your WhitelistIn order to help ensure the delivery of
emails to your inbox, you can add certain
senders to your email’s “whitelist.” This
will ensure they are always received. We
recommend whitelisting all emails ending in
“@reply.arttoo.co.”
