What happens once I place my order?
Once an order/offer is placed, the
gallery will receive a notification.
They will then have 72 hours to respond
to the order/offer.
If the gallery sends a counter-offer
back, you will receive a notification
and have another 72 hours to review and
respond back.
If your order/offer is approved, your
payment method will be charged, and the
gallery will prepare your artwork for
shipment. Once the work is shipped, you
will receive an email from
orders@arttoo.co
with tracking information and an
estimated delivery date so that you may
follow along.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of all orders
in the Order History
section of your account. To access this,
hover over the Account icon on the
top-right corner of arttoo.co
and click “Order History.”
To find tracking information on an
order, click on the artwork image in
your Order History tab. To follow along,
enter the provided tracking number into
the corresponding shipping company's
website.
How am I notified about updates to my
order?
You will also receive email
notifications from
orders@arttoo.co
whenever there is an update to your
order. This happens once the order is
placed, once the order is accepted, and
once the order is shipped.
